Position available: Office All-rounder


Minnawarra House is a community house based in Armadale and operating for over 35 years. We offer counselling for youth and families, and run therapeutic, practical and social groups for adults and children.


Working as part of the Minnawarra House Team to provide support for the CEO and other staff members. Duties will include:

  • Greeting customers
  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Respond to emails and general enquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Assisting with and coordinating any other administration tasks as required
  • Maintain filing systems and office organisation
  • Maintenance of client data base


  • Casual part-time, up to 15 hours per week
  • Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience, in line with SCHADS award
  • Flexible work environment

To be successful in this position applicants require the below:-


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • Experienced with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written, oral communication and organisational skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Happy to get involved in all aspects of the organisation if necessary
  • Good attention to detail
